Wgmi community aims to educate up-and-coming Community leaders in web3. To meet this talent gap in our current state—our goal is:

(1) open-source Community Development resources, connections, standards, tactics, frameworks, strategies, and tools that will build this future workforce and (2) create a service DAO that consults web3 companies on Community.

That being said, we're seeking contributors to the DAO to help us get there, students to the DAO, and leaders in Community that can help with this massive knowledge transfer.
